The wingspan of most aircraft presents no problem for HEARTLAND'S pre-engineered line of buildings. Our rigid mainframe construction provides an unobstructed interior space for storage or maintenance, and can accommodate bottom-rolling sliders, stacking doors and bi-fold doors.
Apparently the benefits of steel construction have hit home in the minds of residential customers. A clear span building offers endless floor plan options as interior walls need not be load bearing, and cathedral ceilings are easily accommodated. Steel exteriors offer low maintenance advantages and an all-steel home can offer savings, month-after-month through reduced insurance premiums. A two-to-three thousand square foot home can be fully enclosed in less than a week. There are a lot of good reasons to include a HEARTLAND steel home in your dreams for the future.
HEARTLAND'S buildings are available as clear spans, or with internal row(s) of column supports. This allows you the freedom to configure your operations to meet your needs, without having to compromise your design because of structural limitations. If a crane system is needed, we can accommodate that as well.
A mezzanine floor system may provide the solution when you need additional floor space without increasing the outside dimensions of your building. Heartland's mezzanines are often used for balcony seating, second floor space for classrooms, offices or storage.
Lean-to's
Heartland's lean-to is a single slope structure that shares column supports with the main building structure. A fully enclosed lean-to is often used to provide additional square footage for offices, classrooms or storage. An open, or partially enclosed lean-to is often used as a covered entrance, animal shelter, parking or covered storage.
Covered Parking
A variety of roof only, or partially enclosed designs and dimensions are available, when you have a need for covered parking structures for autos, RV's or boats. Whether for customer parking for your place of business, or whether your business is to provide short or long-term parking or storage, Heartland has a covered parking design that will work for you.
Retrofit/Add-on
At Heartland Steel Buildings, Inc., "We provide solutions to your space needs". If your company or church has outgrown your current building, consider adding on a Heartland Steel addition. We can design an add-on addition to and retro your existing building.
Shop Space
Heartland's rigid frame construction can easily set mainframes at 20, 25, or even 30 foot intervals. This means you can design row after row of automotive maintenance bays with 10, 12 or even 15 foot widths. Unlike truss roof systems, Heartland's rigid mainframes offer increasing interior clear height between the column and roof ridge. This premium space may come in handy for extra storage or needed clearance for hydraulic lifts.
